MEET THE STAFF
FOUNDERS + LEAD PASTORS
Dick and Joan are experienced in ministry, having pastored several large churches in the city of Lethbridge for many years. Under their ministry leadership, Streets Alive, a ministry to the poor and needy of the city, was born and a few years later they founded the Miracle Channel and led this ministry from 1994 until 2007. Under their leadership this ministry grew from a local television station to a national and international work which touched many lives.

EXECUTIVE PASTORS
WIth 25+ years in media and broadcasting,
it’s no wonder Gord heads up the media team for live streaming and television production. Pastor Gord also handles a lot of the administrative duties including facility management and leads the Man-Up Men’s Prayer Group on Saturday mornings. Kim also assists in media production, food services, and ladies ministry. Together Gord & Kim have two married children and three grandchildren.

WORSHIP PASTORS + ADMINISTRATION
Ryan and Elissa Caldwell graduated from Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas in 1998, where they trained and studied in music and worship arts. They married that same year, moved to Lethbridge, and began full time ministry as worship pastors. Both have served in ministry for over 20 years each, leading worship in churches, prayer meetings, several conferences, and on live TV via The Miracle Channel. Ryan and Elissa both only have one desire, and that’s to help bring people into a place of undivided worship in corporate gatherings.

Lisa is the staff member responsible for cleaning the church building. She is the mother of six children and lives on an acreage outside of Lethbridge.

Lena is responsible for the day to day operations in the Front Office, and has been working in various positions with Pastors Dick and Joan since 2011.She is the mother of 2 daughters, and one grandson. Lethbridge and area has been home for Lena and her family since 1998.
